LocalBitcoins is a leading peer-to-peer marketplace for cryptocurrency buyers and sellers.

We conducted a large online user research study in Latin America to understand their consumer and business users’ trading needs and behaviors, and then used the insights in the service/UX/UI design work to improve the new B2C/B2B customer experience, focusing on new customer onboarding. Another main focus area was KYC, the Know Your Customer flow.
