Senior UX/UI Designer
We are a design company founded by experienced design & CX leaders in 2020. Our growth continues and we are serving clients in Finland and abroad with product design and business design projects and DesignOps coaching. Our customers are B2B and B2C companies and occasional public organizations too.
Our aim is to build a working culture that mixes the best aspects of in-house, design consultancy, and freelancing — combined with the hybrid practices of the new normal. Due to the increasing demand from our customers, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI designer to join us full-time.
Our projects and tasks are assigned based on the interests, competencies, and availability of our team members. In practice, these include product or service design, UI/UX design, brand projects, design system development, user research, usability testing, prototyping, and facilitating workshops.

Here is what we are looking for in our future colleague:
- You have several years of experience in Product/UX/UI design.
- You are especially skilled in visual/UI design and enjoy honing the pixels to the grid.
- You have built and/or worked with Design Systems before.
- You have a portfolio of projects to share that you are proud of.
- You can turn our customers' strategic business goals into highly appreciated brand and user experiences.
- You master user-centric design methods and can turn complicated requirements into simple and delightful services.
- You work with design tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe CC etc.
- You may also have skills in web design, working with tools like Webflow or WordPress.
- You know about agile methodologies and you have experience from working with developers, product owners, and product managers.
- Experience with design for e-commerce, mobile app design, or with DesignOps is a plus.
- You work fluently in English, Finnish is obviously a plus in Finland, and occasionally it would not do any harm to know Swedish.
- You are based in the Helsinki or Tampere region — many of our customers are located in these areas.

- Our senior designer salary offer is around 5000eur/mo, with some ± based on your previous experience and skills.
